Terms of Service
Effective August 29, 2026 · Desk V1
These Terms govern access to DigiSocial Desk (“Desk”), operated by DigiMass AI, LLC (“DigiMass,” “we,” “us”). Desk V1 is a human-controlled workspace for content preparation and review. By using Desk, you agree to these Terms.
1. Current Service Scope
Desk V1 supports workspace-scoped brief intake, Article Hunt image generation through a locally authenticated Codex subscription, verified image upload, creative package review, draft preparation, sandbox dispatch intent, schedule-template guidance, redacted catalogs and analytics, and authorized OAuth connection for supported Meta destinations and LinkedIn member profiles. It does not purchase generation credits, silently switch to API billing, publish to social platforms, refresh provider metrics, connect LinkedIn Company Pages, upload or play voice, or provide billing, data-export, or self-service account-deletion controls.
2. Your Account and Workspace
You must use your own account and only workspaces where you have authorized access. You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for content and actions performed from your account. Notify security@digimass.cloud if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your Content and Review
You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the limited permission for DigiMass to store and process it to operate Desk. You represent that you have the rights necessary to enter content into the Service. Creative approval, provider connection, sandbox preparation, and a recorded schedule template do not authorize provider delivery or publication.
4. Optional AI Drafting and Images
Where generation is configured and an authorized user explicitly invokes it, Desk may return AI-assisted draft copy or an Article Hunt image. Subscription image jobs run on a DigiMass-controlled Mac, remain subject to the signed-in account’s usage limits, and stop rather than purchase credits or fall back to an API. You must review all generated output before using it. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and is not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Desk to violate law or third-party rights, attempt to bypass workspace/security controls, introduce malicious content, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend access for material or repeated violations.
6. Availability and Changes
Desk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Future provider delivery, additional account types, media, billing, retention, or data-rights workflows require separate implementation and may be governed by updated terms or agreements.
7. Privacy and Contact
Our Privacy Policy describes current Desk V1 data handling. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@digimass.cloud.
